- BEBetsi EspositoFeb 20, 20231.0After being with Allstate for 37 years, my agent merged with Howard Stephenson and my rate tripled to almost $4,000! When I inquired about it, my calls were not returned and when I finally reached someone, there was nothing they could do. Well, thank goodness for my State Farm agent who found me a new agent in GA and they got the bill back down to the normal $1300. Now, he says I was 1 day late cancelling his service and is demanding $9!!! NEVER would I go for Allstate again! I would give ZERO stars, but they make you put at least one!

He always aim to make you feel valued as a customer and goes above and beyond to ensure that you are satisfied. He seeks out the best coverage and prices to fit every budget and is a great listener and makes sure he is prioritizing your coverage based upon your exact needs. It is not all about writing a policy. If he is not able to provide or locate the coverage needed and within your budget after exhausting all of his means, he is very transparent and will tell you just that as he understands its more about meeting YOUR needs even if it isn't available with him. I would highly recommend Howard Stephenson for your insurance needs.
