- HFHannah FirebaughNov 7, 20251.0We have been with Travis Miller for years. With no accidents, tickets, or explanation our car insurance has more than doubled in the last year. Their reason? “Georgians are just bad drivers”. For the same coverage we used to pay $900 for about 18 months ago, we pay almost $1900 for now. The lady that answers the phone (you will never get Travis in the last 3 times I’ve called) is so rude and says she is the only person I can talk to, so I quit trying months ago. I understand prices are going up everywhere, but they should not be more than double a year ago. I will be shopping for my home and auto elsewhere after this month’s renewal since it has just gone up AGAIN.

No matter how late I call, they treat me as if it were their own policy. I was surprised to get help 2 minutes before closing. I was never given an attitude nor rushed off the phone. Regardless of my personal thoughts about Allstate, this location has definitely made me stick with Allstate. They personally care about any concerns and they actually care about lowering your rate! Special thanks to Megan, she is great (everyone else is great also)!
