- VMVanessa MooreAug 27, 20251.0BEWARE!!!. This company wrote a HOMEOWNERS policy that my husband nor I approved for a home we dont own and never notified us of anything via email, telephone or mail. The result was a collection for something we completely had no knowledge of and thus far has not explained how they received his information. Graeme Carson has blamed someone in the office named Raheem Thomas whom we have no knowledge of. While Graeme has offered to "back date" the policy to rectify the situation, he is not offereing HOW THIS HAPPENED! We have had homeowners insurance with USAA for 45+ years! My husbands credit was adversely affected and he only found out when applying for new credit.
