- KJKim JohnsonAug 29, 20251.0Rates just went up to an unbelievable amount. And I am not able to call the office directly. You have to call the service desk which I've done three times. Not happy with this. So Geico if you see this I need to make an appointment to come in to see you at the local office in Columbus Georgia. P.S. I switched to another Auto insurance company and canceled my Geico policy.

Their app is very self explanatory and tracking your driving is one of their specialties that gives you discounts. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good, reliable company to be insured with.
