  Update: Got renewal notice on auto policy. Have been trying for days via email and phone calls to find out about renewal $ amount, as it looks off. Saw that per "Your Agent data" when I sign in, that the address given, which is this one, is open on Saturday. Just called and recording kicks right in " customer not available." So, not open on Saturdays! What a misleading agency, not only on this website but on phone calls where I was told "someone will call you back." Which has not happened! But of course, Matthew Devine still has not answered or had someone answer, not even one e mail. 100% zero communication from the person who is supposed to be my "agent"?? I started looking for insurance quotes as it was renewal time. A. Bossaller contacted me for allstate although I had never contacted allstate for a quote. Matthew Devine stayed unannounced in the background as Andrew Bossaller basically muscled me into getting Allstate. After coverage issued, M Devine made contact but very little. A month & several days later after policy in force, M Devine sent me an email stating I had not activated drivewise and that I needed to do such if I wanted to keep that discount! Total shock to me! Never involved in any kind of discussion, cost comparison, etc, on drivewise. Just what is it!? I sent an email to M Devine and A Bossaller stating such, demanding to see the proof. Also requested just what agency Bossaller is connected with. M Devine bowed out and kicked it to A Bossaller. Wow, but yet M Devine listed as my agent? Bossaller replied to my request with "need time to get data together." Do not allstate agents keep files? Not making accusation, just asking ... can you say "fabricate?" I have sent emails to both over the 10 days since but I have gotten ZERO response. They are choosing to ignore the whole situation. Only info I have on Andrew Bossaller is his allstate email address and a phone #. And since he is ignoring me ..... I would highly recommend staying away from allstate! If they call, hang up! If they email, mark as spam. Oh, final comment. M Devine and his agency are not even in my state! A fact he never mentioned!

  This office is a fraud. Matthew Devine apparently can email me but I cannot speak to him for any reason. I was totally misled by his staff to believe an insurance policy for my property was being issued per the detailed info I was told over the phone only to receive a call from a staff member notifying me I was declined for homeowners insurance because the square footage of my house as submitted on the application taken by the employee of Matt’s agency did not match the tax records. (It was off by something like 50 sq ft out of 3,550 square feet). In 40 years of property ownership I’ve never experienced anything like this. Either gross incompetence or fraud.
