- DPDack PatrickOct 18, 20241.0Principal Financial uses an outside call center in the Philippines to handle financial transactions for a 401k retirement. Twice now they have screwed up my 401k rollover. I started the process with them in mid September. Its is now October 18th and my current financial management company is still waiting on the funds for the rollover. I have called again and had to get a supervisor to handle for a third time. If you have money with Principal, move it somewhere else as fast as you can. The company deserves a negative 5 stars. Pathetic service!
