- NWNicole WilsonDec 30, 20255.0Georgina is theee best!! She’s professional, warm, sweet and so understanding. She came recommended by my mother whom she is also an agent for. After getting frustrated with State Farm’s rate significantly increasing on me (even though I had a nearly perfect driving record) I called Georgina and was so glad I did. She got me the best rate, explained my policy and answered all my questions thoroughly and openly. Almost a year in, and without my awareness my auto insurance had lapsed and I wasn’t aware that it wasn’t being paid (debit card issue w/Navy Federal). Unfortunately I couldn’t re-instate my insurance or renew it with Allstate until the following year :( After selecting Farmer’s Insurance- I thought I was good, and after 6months they SKYROCKETED my insurance premium to nearly $200 A MONTH. I immediately called Georgina and she responded with such urgency! I got out of dodge w/Farmer’s as soon as she quoted me with significantly lower rate and was so glad I came back “home” to Allstate. Georgina is such an asset and I’m so glad she’s been my agent.

We spent a fair amount of time on the phone simply because he truly wanted me to understand the coverage I would be receiving. He even took time to disect my current policy and compare it with what I would be receiving if I chose the policy he presented me with. I feel I had his undivided attention.
