    I’m very disappointed with my experience. I initially signed up for a homeowners-only policy. About a month into the policy, I received an email stating that I had actually been enrolled in a multiple-policy discount, which requires an active auto policy on file. So basically, in order to keep my discounted rate, I would now need to insure my auto with them as well. I replied to the email asking for clarification on how this happened and received no response. This is completely unacceptable considering the amount of time it takes to shop for insurance, compare coverage, and make a decision. To change the terms after the fact—and then ignore the customer—is completely unacceptable. Customer service was responsive and helpful during the sales process, but once the policy was active, communication essentially disappeared. That kind of bait-and-switch experience erodes trust quickly.

    We had Allstate insurance however the rates quoted to us was very expensive we are actually saving an addition 200 per month with another carrier.
