  I have recently taken insurance with All State. Amani was the representative that processed my claim. I wanted to give her a good review. She was very helpful. She walked me through the process and was extremely patient with my lack of internet skills. She was so good at seeing that I understood everything. Her helpful attitude is an asset to your company.

  The Allstate rep at the LaGrange, GA office, Jose Hernandez, is truly an asset to corporate Allstate!!! He knows the business! Treats customers like they are his family that he wants to help them acquire ways to navigate a better financial resolve in these days and times that all are feeling the crunch. The EASE that he made the process, and his sincere great character… tells me that corporate Allstate has made great waves in hiring the best!! I honestly can’t say enough good about him. Thank God there was a rep who made something seamless and let the customer, me, feel I’d made a great decision to switch from a LIFETIME of only using Georgia Farm Bureau and now I’m definitely bringing all my business to Allstate! I’ll be referring folks directly to Jose! GREAT JOB MR. HERNANDEZ.. GREATTTT JOB

  I had an excellent experience today, assisted by agent Brenton Stanley. He didn't make me feel like just a number in the call queue, but rather as an individual who deserves good service. And to ensure all of my needs were met, he always asked, "Is there anything else I can help you with today?" I needed two quotes, and he did not rush me off the phone as if he was trying to go to lunch or take a 15-minute break. Good quality service and professionalism is hard to come by nowadays, but Mr. Stanley has reinvented what the true meaning of Customer Satisfaction means.
