Zac is an incredible insurance agent and we are so thankful to have him in our corner! I was blown away at the savings Zac was able to get us in auto insurance. We have been with another provider for over ten years and had not considered switching until some friends of ours shared that they were saving HUNDREDS of dollars a year on auto insurance. (You see the commercials about savings but it’s real yall!) We contacted Zac and sent him all of our current insurances. He immediately called me and said that I was underinsured on my vehicle and then explained my policy in Layman's terms. I was shocked at how my previous agent had never communicated all that information with me. In my mind, I had “full coverage”, but once Zac explained my current policy I would have received a check for $25,000 and would be liable for any additional costs. (My vehicle is probably worth $60,000 so the $25,000 in coverage wouldn’t have even covered to replace my vehicle!) I am so thankful that Zac took the time to help me understand and talk me through all my options. This is the kind of customer service I appreciate. Thank you so much for all your help!!!
