  After trying various agencies, I landed up with Ryan Chao Agency. Every staff member is very helpful. They pull up your account in less than two seconds and listen to your question and concerns patiently. I can even 'see' them smile while talking and laugh at my jokes. They strive to save me money on my policies too. I get dozens of solicitation quotes in the mail and emails... For now, I want to continue with this Agency and All State. If you are not with them, give it a try, you won't regret. In fact, you will be thankful to yourself for reading these reviews...

  I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Courtney Hunt to address our concerns about our upcoming renewal. Ms. Hunt was extremely helpful and patient. You provided me with all of the information we needed to have our policy updated. With her guidance we were able to accomplish major savings. Ms. Hunt you are greatly appreciated.   My experience today working with Mr. Misher was awesome. He was very personable and professional. I called in to pay my car insurance bill, and the system was down, so Mr. Misher took my phone number and said he would call me back when the system came back online. I informed him that my payment was due today, and he said no problem he would call me back. I thought he had forgot when 5 pm came and went because I knew the office was close, but about 40 minutes later he called and took my payment. We had a great conversation, and I really appreciate him being a man of his word. 5 Stars!

She demonstrated exceptional professionalism, patience, and attention to detail throughout the entire process.   I would like to share a little information about the young lady named mckenzie, who helped me with my insurance. She was very pleasant and very helpful and kind and took time out of her day to answer all my questions. And all my concerns, I just want to say it was a pleasant conversation. I really enjoyed her time, and the time we spent together talking on the phone. You'll have a a real good employee within your company.You should feel that her value is worth a lot to your company.I just want to say thank you.And I wish everybody a big big two thousand and twenty six.
