- SJSandie JacksonNov 20, 20251.0In my experience with Racheal Cooley''s Allstate insurance i don't recommend this Auto insurance carrier to anyone seeking auto-Renter's insurance! Reason i was lied to, and Bamboozled that my policy hadn't / wouldn't Cancelled, however after making a payment, my auto insurance was cancelled, leaving me in a bad situation where i don't have auto insurance @ all , and at the moment I don't have any funds at the moment to acquire any auto insurance. My story , I requested a 24 hour extension to keep my insurance from cancelling until my Direct deposit hit my bank account the next day! i had, auto insurance , and made my payments to this auto insurance carrier for 6 months, and Allstate cancelled my policy in less than 24 hours before i would have the funds to pay it , the next day once my funds posted to my bank account ..i did proceed to make the payment to reinstate if it had cancelled , i had the funds to pay in full to Reinstate my auto insurance ... In speaking to a Allstate male associate, he lied , and said my policy would not be Cancel, and i could still be covered & make future my payment so i did make the payment, thinking my auto insurance was not cancelled That evening of the day i made the payment, when i got off work & check my account on my Allstate app my Insurance with Allstate was paid in full but unfortunately my auto had been Cancelled 😞😡!! I believe Allstate is a Reputable company, however the professional who name is one the business who sells the insurance for Allstate can be unemphatic snakes in the grass... Im a senior on a monthly budget , i feel i wasn't treated fairly at all !! So whoever reads this when seeking auto insurance be careful, do research, shop & compare prices, most of all , read the customer reviews!!
