Called roadside at 8:10 said they’d be there 10:45 could track progress on phone then nothing! @11 recalled c&s towing No Answer called x3 left vm. Called Allstate and after going thru all crap w:auto system & given my info 4x’s they informed me c&s cancelled the service call! No text, call Nothing. A 2nd Co was to be there in 90 minutes 2+ hrs later tow truck shows up, this was contract thru Allstate why did I have to pay $9 to the tow truck guy Tried calling my local guy Mike Fowler and no answer. Will be shopping for new insurance o

I’ve had Allstate for about a year now and have nothing bad to say. The agents who help me are so patient and friendly! From getting lower rates to explaining parts of the policy that I don’t understand. I have never been disappointed with their service.
