- MBMarie BouchardMar 4, 20251.0I had been with them for 1p yrs I had an accident in June they totaled my car out which it wasn't the accident happened in Pennsylvania I went on to drive it to Providence right then back to Florida then in August I drove back to Rhode Island and back to Florida with no troubles because the bumper got fixed they didn't care so they totaled it for salvage the lady i dealt with was a claim adjuster who was and is very rude I would not recommend this company for anything so I got another insurance company this insurance company is a joke stay away

They never updated our address after numerous attempts to contact them, it's been a year, every time they said they did, but I just found out today 7/9/24 that our address was still not updated, resulting on us overpaying insurance for a year, did not send requested forms, nor return calls. It's just not up to par. To be honest, I'm not even sure why we haven't changed companies yet. Definitely would not recommend them.
