I had spoken to serveral agents over the phone. Not only was I not satisfied with the way I was treated by a few of them, I also wasn't satisfied with their solution to my issue. Going in person was my last resort before I went with another insurance provider. Sales agent Chase P. Assistance was excellent. He listened, and explained what happened and then went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Most importantly I was treated with respect. I am so happy I stopped into this location.
