I was extremely disappointed and upset with the service and tried everything to work with them. I sent payment in on time to find out it was t received didn’t get a phone call stated that fact then I called they stated I can pay by phone money was taken out immediately but no one called to stated my policy wasn’t still reinstated. Poor customer service and communication. I’m highly upset and will not be referring any of my co workers to this company at all. Now to get a refund be prepared another challenge finding a fax place. No consideration for customers. **My local agent wasn’t aware of my situation but once they found out they touched based with me and reassured me everything was taken care of locally. I told them that customer service wasn’t helpful or friendly. I’m happy that they are helping me solved my issue.
