  My experience is that Bill answers the phone if he can and returns calls, voicemails, and emails promptly. That is a great thing to me. As an Independent Agent, he was able to use three different carriers to get comparable coverage at about 30% savings on our Home, Auto, and Personal Umbrella policies compared to the previous single-company agency. Highly Recommended.

  Loren Brister has been the brightest insurance agent I’ve worked with. Her customer service was excellent—she was very responsive, accommodating, and able to get my home insurance policy completed quickly. The thank-you card she sent in the mail was such a thoughtful touch and really made me feel seen. Bill Thomas was also helpful in the service-recovery process when we ran into some obstacles with Mueller’s inspection hiccups. I did find myself having to call and follow up a few times on my own to make sure everything was pushed through correctly, rather than the team handling all follow-ups, but overall the support was appreciated.
