Her customer service was excellent—she was very responsive, accommodating, and able to get my home insurance policy completed quickly. The thank-you card she sent in the mail was such a thoughtful touch and really made me feel seen. Bill Thomas was also helpful in the service-recovery process when we ran into some obstacles with Mueller’s inspection hiccups. I did find myself having to call and follow up a few times on my own to make sure everything was pushed through correctly, rather than the team handling all follow-ups, but overall the support was appreciated.
