Worked with Greg. Nice guy who smiled his way through a complete waste of time and probably the worst service I've ever experienced. Agencies like this make web automation for insurance companies a no-brainer. Florida Farm Bureau should move past the 90's and stop using agents that stonewall customers from buying their insurance products. Switched to Progressive for the same price and exponentially less hassle.
