Hoy, 12 de noviembre, seguimos esperando una respuesta real. Dicen que el cheque fue enviado tres veces, pero en todas las ocasiones escriben mal la dirección postal. Cada llamada es una pérdida de tiempo, repitiendo lo mismo una y otra vez, y nadie se hace responsable ni soluciona nada. Es increíble que una compañía tan grande como GEICO cometa errores tan básicos y deje a sus clientes sin respuesta durante más de un mes. Pésimo servicio, cero profesionalismo y falta total de seriedad. No recomendaría esta compañía a nadie que valore su tiempo o espere un trato responsable.
