  DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY! I didn't want to even give one star, but have to, to post a review at all. I have been a loyal customer for 12 YEARS! And I have been calling them for 2 months trying to get policy, that I've had for 12 YEARS renewed. They DO NOT return phone calls. I'm not sure what their issue is as I have had great responses from them in the past, but recently it has gone to crap. If you value your time, go anywhere else. I do not EVER leave reviews and I NEVER leave bad reviews, as I don't seem them as fair most of the time, but this one was well deserved. So now after 12 years I have 2 weeks to find a new agency and a new policy with NO help from someone I've felt confident in for 12 years! That is a long time to be with the same insurance agency and company. Brightway Insurace, The McKay Agency can know kick rocks as far as I'm concerned. I will however find someone to report them to. BBB. Some insurance agency board that I am sure exists. If you are not concerned with your clients, why do this. A call or simple email would have helped, but I'm the one calling and being told "they know about your situation and should be sending you new quotes shortly" well that is NOT happening and at this point I do not expect it to either. Again, if you are reading this PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE FIND ANOTHER AGENCY TO USE!!!!!
