- TCTiffany Silerio CollieAug 26, 20241.0Awful. I did a quote online expecting to pay for the policy and be on my way. Nope, they make you speak to an agent to finalize the quote which is super inconvenient but I was willing to do it because I had a great experience with Jennifer from another location in the past. I'm not sure why I was paired with an agent at a different location this time but he was so bad that I had to get off the phone with him without finishing the policy. The fact that in 2024 they don't allow the process to be completed online is beyond me. Aside from that, being asked a million questions from Shane, the person I was assigned to, was the most frustrating thing I've been through in a long time. I know my quote was right in front of him so to have to go through the entire thing again is not only time consuming and redundant, but it's unnecessary. We do things online for convenience but this process prolongs everything. He frustrated me so much that I decided to stay with State Farm. Too bad Jennifer was assigned to me because she was amazing the two times I worked with her. It's unfortunate that I couldn't get the policy because Shane was intolerable.
