  I am mute. I need to change my payment card after it was blocked by scammers. What is happening, notification letters regularly come to my phone number and email that the payment day is coming soon. I am trying to log into my personal account, my password stopped working (maybe I forgot it). I am trying to recover the password, it says an error that my date of birth does not match. I went to the Geico office, explained the situation to the employee, asked to change the payment card, provided a new card for payment, he entered the data. He said that everything is fine, that an email should come to the email about changing the card, I showed that there are no changes. He said not to worry, it will come later and everything is fine. Suspecting something was wrong, that something did not work out for him, I looked to see if the office is open tomorrow on Saturday on the day of the withdrawal of funds, I saw that until 4 pm, I decided if there is no withdrawal of funds, I will come on Saturday during business hours. On Saturday, letters came to the email and phone that the withdrawal of funds was rejected. I am trying to log into my personal account again or recover the password, all is useless. I go to the office at 1 pm, it is closed, I double-check the opening hours indicated in the search engine on the map, on Saturday they work until 4 pm, I go again at 2 pm, it is closed. Thank you...
