I sent documents and asked to confirm receipt. No one ever did. I can only assume that my documents were received because some anonymous person sent a policy. Now they want me to send a paper check via US Mail …..who does that anymore?

Their current agents will let your policy lapse and will not communicate with you. I have to work directly with the underwrtiters. You'd be better off seeking another company.
