    I have been a client of this agency since 2018. This agency has gone down hill since Charles Eberhart left the firm. Now no one calls you back. I asked them to requote my insurance and I followed up after I hadn't heard back for a few days . He said by the end of the week. Never heard from him. It is difficult to get a hold of anyone and some of the people you speak with are at corporate not even at the agency to answer your questions so they refer you to someone else who never gets back to you. They are unresponsive and unhelpful. Not the service I was use to with Charles. I have since obtained insurance that was reduced from what the Casey Agency charged of $8200 to $5200. Took just a few days to quote it get the inspections needed and bind a new policy. Shop around they do not have the best prices and their service sucks!

    New customer who has had really good experience Brightway. Agents are very responsive, friendly. Phone and email communications have been very good. Insurance offerings are competitive.

    Lisa Messler is just amazing. We've worked with her for 3 years now for our home, flood, and auto insurance and again on a recent new home purchase insurance needs. She's incredibly responsive, capable, and got us great deals compared to our old policies. You'll love working with her!
