- BKBill KitschJan 7, 20211.0Avy messed up my paperwork in the beginning of my policy which caused a lot of jumping through hoops. I found out I had no coverage when I sought services. It was horrible to straighten out. She sold me a really bad SilverScripts Rx plan too, that cost me $100/mo for simple Rxs unexpectedly, that now, finally, I get free again. That hurt me financially on fixed income, on top of a high premium. So finally now in 2021, I could get rid of that Plan with the new year - and I advised her I was going to several months ago as I would not be needing that level of coverage. She never called (like one would think an agent would that cared - I guess there was no money to be made), and she never told me I had to cancel my 2020 insurance, so I just got $170.00 taken out of my bank account, that I can't afford. She had put me on auto-renewal without my permission, and I had to fight with United Healthcare to get my money refunded, in about a month. I wonder if she'd loan it to me til I get my refund.. (ha!) All this is called errors and ommissions by the Agent and I could go after some of this money, but I won't take action because she's old and her husband Jack is a Vietnam vet. And yes, I know you saw me Avy in Costco, and went the other way (again, no money to be made?) Thanks for nothin' Avy. I'm sorry I went out of my way to give you business - Time for retirement babe.
