I have been unable to collect for any of my covered services in my policy. Unable to speak with a claims person, I just get generic letters that are so vague they don't really say anything expect my claim has been denied. And when I call customer service a representatives just reads the generic letters. Supervisors never call back. Don't get any policy from Bankers life because they never pay out!!
