My motorcycle was hit while parked at the Sturgis Rally in SD. The kid who caused the accident was insured by State Farm. After several frustrating attempts to speak with the adjuster on the phone and getting nowhere, I decided to visit the local office here on Port Orange. I explained the situation to Fabiola and she got in touch with someone in claims. She gave them my info and they called me a few days later (Labor Day weekend was upcoming) and got things rolling. After an initial estimate and a supplement, I was fairly compensated for my loss. Thank you Fabiola!
