  Sad to say. The agent was either not able to or not willing to explain to me the charges on my bill.She then sends me an invoice that does not explain the charges on the bill.It shows my monthly premium and then it just shows a larger figure with no explanation. And no matter how many times I requested an explanation,all she said was I'll send you the invoice. Look at picture. What brings it up from the 155 to the 192 ???

  I have had State Farm for over 55 years: for auto, house, life and boat insurance. Along with a following of family members who have also had State Farm. We've had not had a lot of claims for auto or house, but State Farm has never let us down at any time and has quickly and efficiently helped us through our claims. Today I called and spoke to Torie M. because our Storage Unit Company was being difficult in accepting the documents we had already provided to them to prove we had insurance for off-site storage of our goods. They wanted a special document written up. With one phone call to Torie and about 20 minutes later, she sent me a State Farm Document that included all the specifics that the Storage Unit was requesting. This excellent knowledge of a problem and response to resolving it, continues to show me the exceptional customer service that this office consistently provides to us. Thank you Torie. And, thank you, State Farm.

  Highly recommend State Farm. I switched over after meeting Lisa at a raffle event she hosted. I’ve had nothing but great experience with every employee. They were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find the best coverage for my needs. Lisa & Katelyn took the time to explain every detail clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire process stress-free. Their professionalism and friendly attitude made a big difference — it’s rare to find someone so dedicated to great customer service.
