- JPJames PowersSep 24, 20255.0When I turned 65in August, I was blasted with emails, texts and phone calls from everyone trying to "help" me determine the Medicare coverage I needed. Brock Keppler at Bankers Life in Orange City reached out to me for a chat. He was extremely helpful. He made a trip out to my house in New Smyrna Beach to assist both my 88yr old mother and I to select the right coverage. He handled everything for us. Now, we had to call him again, as my mom had to go into assisted living and we needed to change her coverage. Brock met us at her assisted living facility in Port Orange, and within 20 minutes we were taken care of. I'll be keeping Brock's number in my contacts. One less thing we have to worry about in life.

Ben Wright in Orange City doesnt have an open door policy. If you have a concern and you bring it to his attention, you will be terminated. Bens focus is only on 2 people Lauren and Matt, not his other 4 other agents. There us an extremely high turnover rate at Bankers, higher than other companies in this industry. Ben Wright in Orange City is very arrogant and thinks hes better than his agents. This company uses the same leads from agent to agent, dont receive very many new leads. Youre spending more money than youre making here unless youre the 2 chosen people Lauren or Matt. Other agents currently working there are scared to speak their minds to tell their sales manager Ben Wright, the man that terminates agents when they tell him their concerns. Orange City perform like a disfunctional family, not like a team that they should be. Please, do yourself a favor DONT get appointed in Orange City or Daytona. The management(Shaun Finitz) makes you feel like youre in Daycare, not like a business owner(1099).
