Every agent that answered the phone during the process was very prompt at answering my questions and had excellent knowledge about finding me the best policy to fit my needs I truly appreciate how effortless they made the experience… from emailing me a quote for my insurance and then working with me to get me set up with a new policy. They were prompt and responsive to any changes I needed to make. Like I said, effortless! Everyone in Jeannine’s office made sure all the bases were covered and took such great care of me. I rarely take the time to write feedback such as this but when someone goes above and beyond to help a customer, they deserve the recognition. Jeannine and her team's efforts didn’t go unnoticed.
