  Austin @ Brightway -Torres Grubbs did a great job helping me sign up for new home insurance at a much cheaper rate. The whole agency staff was great and was able to take the time to sit with me and provide several quotes within a matter of minutes. I truly appreciate their help and would highly recommend Brighteay-Torres Grubbs

  We were shopping Homeowners insurance due to massive increases. My wife and I set an appointment to chat at their office. I think we can all agree insurance is boring. We actually had a good time kidding around with everyone in the office. We dealt with the new guy (Austin). Don't let that discourage you, Austin worked his magic and recommended a home inspector for a new wind mitigation inspection. We took this advise and what do you know. Our policy has more coverage and $2000 LOWER. My wife dealt with the boring details over the phone and when that was finalized he mentioned Auto. Well same old story. Better coverage and $600 a year lower. Sorry for long review, but I have never been excited about insurance. I hope you can give the New guy a chance to flex and get similar results.
