  The lady there who is a manager and Mr Carney were very helpful and realized what a stressful and frustrating situation I had been having with the phone situation. I'll go straight back to them if I ever have a "situation "again. I give the 5 star to the local people, not Geico in general!

  These people really frustrate me ! July 21 I’ve send them documents they requested for proof of vehicle and address to their email that 4 different person provided the on July 28! I’ve received a email that they received all documents and they have been ACCEPTED! when I chatted with an agent through the app on the same day they mention that they would send an email to update the policy ! That never happened ! On August 4 I chatted again with another agent about the update of the policy then they told me that they were missing one documents that I’ve sent to the same email they revived the other ones ! She advise me to send another documents which I did on the 5th and they say would take 3-5 to review and this morning I wake up to my policy cancel!! When I called the first person that talk to me mention that he saw the first letter they sent that everything was accepted but transfer to a women that say they didn’t see anything 🙄 ! She advise again to send documents and the Letter I received from them on the 28 that said everything was accepted again!!! Mind you they easily take our money and also easily to insurance but messed up on their side they can’t fixed ! I called back and requested to speak to an agent ! His name is Donavan ( hope I spell that right ) he send me an another email to resent my cricket information to and Xfinity !!! He told me after 45 minutes to call back in order for them to moved faster . I’ve sent both of these things and when I called back! I spoke to the other agent who refused to answer question ! Why did they give me an email they can’t see no information??? Why did they send me an email that said everything was accepted ??? And it’s been 5 days since my last documents what’s the update ??? He keep saying he doesn’t know ! Then he said the cricket information I’ve sent is wrong because they take phone bill 🙄 mine you their letter stated phone bill! Then I had to recent another Xfinity documents and he told me that they could take 48 hours or week to review these thing! This is horrible customer service and these people does not deserve my stare.

  I‘m not sure how many stars I should give as I don’t understand the business model I went to the office and was told that everything will be over the phone. So why having a nice big office if I can’t talk to an Agent in person ,strange
