She also assisted in getting the claims adjuster to get our rental car expedited. All in all, in less than 2 hours our vehicle was in our preferred body shop and we were in a new rental car. Yes, I could pay a bit less elseware but I am not about to sacrifice customer service for a few bucks savings. Thank you again Shivanna.
