Well, today, Faith Donaldson was my good neighbor: outstanding, stellar, spectacular, hardcore, Johnny-on-the-spot, and all the synonyms. I was under some pressure, with a deadline to both transfer insurance from one car to another, and upgrade to full coverage for my newly financed vehicle. I was unable to talk on the phone because I was alone in my position at work, and like a superstar, Faith-via emails-was able to get me the hook up! She did everything I needed not just quickly and in order but with grace and personality! I'm so very appreciative of her taking the time and energy ( and having the wherewithal, because I was a bit erratic!) to get me taken care of at last minute. Faith and everyone at Rob Cathcart State Farm are the reason I prefer local businesses. Give them a call (or shoot them an e-mail 😉). You won't regret it. Thanks, again, Faith! You're my hero!
