Even though I was upset he held space with a warm welcome to the point that I forgot I was even upset. He did everything he could do to help me and got me SUCH a lower rate than Farmers. He was honest, kind, and extremely accommodating. He talked about how close knit this location is and it truly shows through this family oriented hospitality. 10/10 recommend this location but especially Shawn and his expertise. Thank you SO MUCH Shawn!!
