  Jerry Lee Surratt when sell me, the insurance knew my income level and put me on SLMB that paid for For My monthly health insurance, but I kept asking for zero co-pays and a healthy food card and he kept telling me that I did not qualify for that with my income level. When contacting him, he kept saying, has your income changed and of course, not it hasn’t changed. But when you have SLMB which means your income is low. You can have an insurance/Medicaid. And that would have zero co-pays and a healthy food card. Even when I got back with him after talking to another insurance agent by accident, the first thing he asked is has your income changed. I guess he didn’t feel as though with partial Medicaid that they would give me those insurances, but he did not check even after I ask him several times and told him other people have this to make more money than I do. But after the other Insurance agent told me about this and I shared with what plan then he wants to go ahead and try to change me at that time and I’m like no you didn’t help me for all this time and I’m out thousands and thousands of dollars of co-pays for each year and I’m not gonna give him credit for something someone else did so I went back to the lady that helped me. But that doesn’t help me with what I have paid out that I would not have had to pay out if you would’ve just gave me the correct information. I guess she just wasn’t educated and helping out lower income people I don’t know. And when I told him this he goes, he missed the mark or that must be something new for this year. No it’s been around since 2019. He always had a comeback, but his comeback was not correct and it doesn’t solve the issue of how much money that I have out on co-pays and missing out on a $225 healthy food card each month for over 36 months. Even with telling him that other people got it with more money he made me think that they were lying about their income how they got it but he was wrong. So whenever you get Insurance agent, I guess you need to get another one to make sure that the first one is not telling you correct, but no, I was loyal to him because I thought he was helping me out, but whenever it all played out, he was hurting me more than helping me. I don’t think this is fair and he doesn’t want to compensate me for what I have lost not at all no negotiations no nothing. He just said he’s sorry that’s it but sorry don’t pay the bills and I am a low income person and he is not!!
