He called the auto insurance company I currently have auto insurance to help me through their cancellation process. Very pleased with GEICO in general. The app is very to sign into and is user friendly. Also, the hold time was very reasonable, it was just a few minutes. With the other company I would be on hold for like 30-45 minutes and wasn’t able to contact a live agent at all on Sunday. Not the case with GEICO! Great consumer service, thank you very much Nathan.
