This is a very bad company. No response from them in a homeowners policy issue.
Terrible service-
They do nothing for what you pay them. Complete garbage agency.
Several issues slow to no resolution

Wonderful and smooth experience! A brief of what I needed, and within an hour I received the lowest quote! Appreciate Nick & Jim and couldn’t have asked for an easier process.

Carriane was amazing to work with! She helped me secure a flood policy and made the process simple and stress-free. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I had the right coverage for my needs. I really appreciate her professionalism, patience, and care throughout the process. I highly recommend Carriane to anyone looking for an insurance agent.

By far the WORST insurance agency I have ever delt with. Had a policy through one of their providers (Encompass) which was bought out by American General.
I informed Brightway via Email and via multiple voicemails (noone ever answers the agency phones) that I would not be renewing with the National General Insurance. What do you know...Brightway chose to do nothing and National General billed my escrow account. Upon realizing this I called in until someone answered. This was on June 5th, and I was told the policy would be canceled. Welp here it is June 30th and the policy is still active. Call in yet again, and there is now a supposed docusign that is required on cancelations....funny that wasn't the case on June 5th. So if Insurance Fraud, Billing Fraud, Bank/Wire Fraud, and horrendus service are what you are looking for, then give them a shot...guarentee that's what you'll get in the end.
Unfortunatly it looks like the only way anything is going to get done with this mess is by working with the Indiana Department of Insurance and National Insurance Crime Bureau.
