- LSLuis Silva4 days ago1.0Easy to join impossible to leave. I decided to go another way and join a different auto coverage. Since October 31st this office has ignored my emails, calls, and have even just left me on hold until their automated system hangs up. I have been told someone will reach out to me and nothing. Now they have charged the monthly fees and are being even more distant and hard to reach. I am not asking for more coverage for the same premium, I am not asking for additional incentives, I am simply asking to have the freedom to spend my money elsewhere. Fiesta auto insurance does not seem to share that same ideology. They’re unamerican!! Hopefully a bad review will finally have them calling me back but seeing as how they ignore everything until it’s a problem I doubt it.
