Called again in the morning the next day during business hours bc no one returned my call. There was no agent available and didn't get a call back all day. Called again later in the afternoon and no agents were available again and the operator Raquel had a terrible attitude with me when I asked what info I needed to provide in the email to her to find me an agent and hung up on me abruptly. Not even going to bother continuing. Just trying to get a homeowners insurance quote and y'all really dropped the ball. Would never recommend brightway/sagesure to anyone looking for homeowners insurance based on this experience.
