- ADAnnalyse DefrankOct 13, 20251.0I do not recommend this company to anyone. Brightway Insurance does a horrible job with keeping up with your insurance policy payments. As a third-party agency, they should be proactive about monitoring late or missing payments and ensuring that policies do not get canceled. Unfortunately, they failed to reach out or notify me about any issue, and I only found out my policy had been canceled after the fact. I had to go through so many loops and contact the insurance myself to get everything fixed. Completely unacceptable and very frustrating.
