- KTKevin TagneyAug 10, 20234.0Bankers life has stolen over $1000.00 from my checking account when they ignored a cancellation letter sent in Nov. 2022. I had an Aetna as my supplemental ins. Medicare as primary. We have called and explained the situation to their 800 number SIX times, received three copies of the same letter for steps to take to get my refund… first of all, I don’t have Medicare Advantage, or Meticaid….which is the focus of the letter. Bankers lost the cancellation notice and has taken $236.22/ month until I stopped them in May this year. Still no refund as of August 10, 2023 Fraud…. At the very least, incompetent, KE. Tagney for Julie, AMENDMENT:: Kareem Aboul-Hosn responded to this review within an hour after posting. I received my refund check today, 8/25/23. DONOT use the Corp. 800 number. Useless . GOOD job Kareem and team. Clearwater office
