They were on top of things when the federal shutdown meant that FEMA wasn’t mailing out renewal notices. They called and gave me all info I needed since I wanted to pay FEMA on time online, and then when the FEMA website had issues, Adenia from Dawn Sullivan State Farm explained which option we had, took my payment for me, corrected FEMA’s spelling of my name, which had bugged me for years, and sent me the declaration page, which spelled out the details for the coverage, discounts, fees and other charges that FEMA included.
