  The agent I dealt with, Mauricio Neira, was professional and responsive. Ins quotes were detailed and provided good value. My only complaint would be that it is difficult to get someone on the phone. The agents seem to be very busy and prefer to use email, not phone. Most of the communication was done via email which can drag the admin process out a bit. CD

  The agents at Brightway, especially Mauricio Neira, have been very helpful with my insurance needs. Mauricio will go above and beyond to make sure your needs are taking care of. I would buy my own insurance online, but I went with Mauricio and never regretted it. He makes sure I am always paying the lowest price and fully covered. If you need insurance, go and talk to Mauricio!

  Joshua and Brightway have been awesome. I was first recommended to Brightway for my home owners insurance. Thankfully Joshua and his team didnt stop there. He asked if i had Auto insurance and i did as well as motorcycle insurance. Joshua was able to find me the best price for all 3 of my insurance needs and actually saving me money from what I was currently paying. I'm so grateful for Joshua and Brightway. i will recommend them to everyone.
