I have spoken to almost everyone at your office from several employees, a man who claimed to be your brother to your very rude and unprofessional office manager Maite and you sir John Santoro nowhere to be found. At this point I had no choice but to move on but would have been nice to be seen and heard from what is supposed to be someone who cares for their clientele. Personally, I wouldn't recommended anyone to work with John Santoro State Farm Agency at all. Terrible Customer Services with the agency itself nothing against State Farm as a whole really.
