  Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I had a Citizens insurance with this agent. Then received a Notice of Assumption with Florida Peninsula for my Citizens policy, which I canceled ca 6 weeks before that. Then one day later, I received a Notice of Cancelation. 10 months later Florida Peninsula assumed the canceled Citizens policy in error. This agent seems to be more than disorganized. I’m not sure, but it appears to me that this all has been done purposely, as I have not received any new policy binder via mail, maybe to keep me uninformed, so I stay insured with them, even though I canceled my policy 10 months before. On top of that, their customer service agent was super rude and hung up on me when I originally called about it, so I had to deal with the insurance company directly to get this all straightened out.

  Brightway made it so easy to switch insurance companies. Everything was seamless. We were able to secure better premiums. Eric was outstanding. Very happy with our move!

  Way to many mistakes on forms. Considering canceling whole thing. Wanted to switch to a more reliable office. Seems like same thing I had with old agent.

  Contacted Eric Rands office and spoke with Alison. Process was as simple as it could be, she was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I got a quote within less than an hour, got a referral for the inspection, and the policy was bound the next day. Based on my experience so far, I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone.
