  Worst Insurance Agency Ever – Avoid at All Costs! I had the misfortune of dealing with Strohm Insurance Agency in Florida, and I can honestly say it’s one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. Their customer service is absolutely terrible, and their communication is non-existent. Not only did I never get any answers to my questions, but they also had no clue about the procedures I needed to follow. It's as if they don’t even understand the basics of insurance! On top of that, they work with Slide, which only made things worse. The two together are a nightmare – a complete lack of professionalism, no follow-ups, and no one ever seems to know what’s going on. I’ve been left in the dark for weeks and had to chase them down every step of the way. If you want to avoid frustration, confusion, and poor service, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this agency. You’ll regret it if you don’t.
