- JJJoOct 21, 20191.0FFB may be a decent carrier for insurance but the office Josh McGriff is running is not. When I purchased a new vehicle in 2017 you wouldn't believe the trouble I had in getting the insurance transferred from my previous vehicle. I was actually told it couldn't be done, and that I would be uninsured. Hardly the first time I was purchasing a vehicle but BY FAR the most difficult transaction I have ever had with an auto policy. Fast forward to 2019 and I should have known I would have issues when I wanted to cancel my insurance. No tickets or major accidents in well over 5 years but my rates keep going up and up so it's no wonder I'm moving away from them. The office, including Mr. McGriff HIMSELF who I have copied on my emails won't respond to my requests for confirmation of cancellation and a refund of my prorated premium for the month. Further evidence of why this office is just one you want stay far far away from.
