  If I could give zero star to this office I would. Twice I had problems with their billing department and twice they did nothing to help. When they try to sell you their product, they are the nicest people you can find, but as soon as you have an issue, you get hung up on, or their manager, Gregory Hansel will tell you to simply no pay your bill. Trying to escalate issues will get you nowhere. I'm glad I never had to file a claim with them because I can only image the headache it would be get anything resolved. The few extra dollars you will save will not be enough due to all the issues you will have with them.

  My monthly premium almost doubled after having been a customer for a year. Getting my premium refund back has been a nightmare with minimal response from my agent. Look elsewhere for your insurance needs.

  If you want the most excellent, most personalized service, get ahold of Jarad Bean! Not only did he get my family the lowest auto insurance rate in the whole State, but he started the policy within a moment's notice. How many insurance agents do that? He goes the extra mile - even supplied us with his personal cell phone if we need anything! If you want someone who cares - He's the best.
