Tonya was extremely knowledgeable, professional and extremely patient with all my questions. She returned my calls as promised and provided me numerous break downs of the various plans offered through State Farm. She gave me the space to be completely transparent with her for my needs and allowed me to explain my why. She was empathetic and compassionate, while also being extremely helpful and informative. State Farm agents in general are the most helpful insurance agents I’ve dealt with ever. After purchasing my policy online, I spoke with Linda and she was also helpful. Tanya was busy so Linda took some information I needed to provide Tanya with and made sure it was noted. Both of these ladies are an awesome representation of State Farm and relieve the feeling of not knowing what you are doing. Reassuring, polite, and really really really friendly. They literally treat you like a friend and that’s a business I don’t mind giving my money. Excellent customer service, but even better customer experience!
